any ideas on how best to log day 4 cardio recovery? my HRM is not working at all, my new one has not come yet. so i am stuck with mfp

hey im on day 4 as well i just looked up yoga and put those stats as my cardio recovery days0

For the cardio recovery I burned 250 cals if that helps at all!0

yeah was thinking about logging under the same thing i did the yoga meltdown under, somewhat similar (although insanity was harder)0

definitely, but Because of insanity i feel like i have much more endurance after just 4 days its working well0
