Dilled Tuna-Vegetable Toss:
In a salad bowl lightly toss:
2 cups leafy salad greens
2 oz.drained canned low-sodium tuna packed in water
¼ cup chopped cucumber
¼ cup chopped red or green bell pepper
1 tbsp.minced red onion
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill weed
Add 2 tsp. olive oil and 2 tsp. cider vinegar
Toss Well. Serve with 1 oz whole grain bread.
