Should I update my Exercise Goals?

Options
Hi All!

When I started tracking with MFP I did not work out AT ALL. I sat my goals at 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Now that I've been doing this a few months my exercise has increased dramatically.

A typical week for me is:

Sunday - Friday: Insanity in the morning
Monday, Wed, Thurs - Zumba for an hour each night

And I usually try to find time to jog at least once a week when our schedule will allow.

My lifestyle is set at sedentary. I work in an office behind a desk all day. I log all of the exercise when I do it, but my question is regarding my goals.

Now that I have increased my activity should I adjust my goals accordingly? I'm not sure what if anything this would do for me...but an advise would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

It doesn't really matter. MFP does not take your exercise goals into account, it is just for you to motivate yourself. MFP only considers exercise after you enter it into the exercise tab.

What eric said. They don't take the exercise goals into account when calculating calories. Just be sure you're logging to exercises and eating back those cals. Great work love!
