My name is Joy and I am 33 years old. My "sister-in-law" Nichole turned me on to this site. I have tried just about everything there is to try. Weight Watchers, Nutrisystems, you name it. After going to the beach and feeling limited on what I could do I knew that I had to change. I am looking forward and dreading this journey all at the same time. So hopefully, I will be able to succeed along with the help of Nichole and all of you.
