hey im new to this web site and looking to find people who can relate to me. i had a baby about to be 7 months ago and slowly getting back to my org. size. i wish to find some people in my town to maybe do walks with the kinds or fun activities. im also hoping to find some fun and creative healthy meals...im noy the best cook so i like to learn starting with healthy meals... i would love to chat with anyone near or far :)

    The baby is beautiful. Welcome and Good luck with your new life and lifestyle. Get healthy for you and your family. Google healthy meals for tons of sites where you can get great ideas and instructions.or go to the recipe section in Home, next to recent post.

    Hi. I'm new to the site, too (UK), and also had a baby in December. I lost weight (40lbs) before getting pregnant, then put it all on, plus more when pregnant (morning sickness is a killer, and I had to eat my way out of it to get my blood sugar up). I joined the site in the last week (a friend told me about it), so I'm trying again to get to where I was before, then carrying on. Good Luck with your weight loss mission. I hope you find someone local for those walks. And if not, going out for a walk with your baby in the stroller is a good way to keep you busy and help to improve fitness.
