So I bought a HRM however didn't set it right and would love to eat those calories :bigsmile: but I don't know how many I burned. Can someone help me out?? Thank you :flowerforyou:

I am not sure how scientifically accurate this is but I went thru the exercise database for activities similar and put in the approx length of time. Usually the exercise database seems accurate for me when I compare actual readings against it.
I haven't worn my HRM yet when I do shred (only have done it 2 X)
I also did extra stretching, because I don't think she had enough stretching (at least for me I usually stretch more after exercise)
