Reuben wrap

I've been craving a reuben sandwich for a few weeks now but haven't been able to justify the 600-1000 calories on a sandwich. So today I came up with my own version, it is a bit heavy on the sodium, but totally cured my craving.

Ingredients Calories Carbs Fat Protein Fiber Sodium
Flat Out - 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat- Light Original Flatbread, 1 flatbread- 1.9oz/53g 90 16 3 9 9 320
Buddig - the Original Deli Meat - Pastrami - Smoked, Chopped, Pressed, 1 package 90 1 5 10 0 790
Kraft - Light Thousand Island, 1 TBS 30 6 2 0 0 170
Claussen - Sauerkraut Premium Crisp, 1/4 cup 5 1 0 0 1 220
Generic - Kraft Singles 2% Milk Swiss, 1 slice 45 2 3 4 0 270
Add Ingredient
Total: 260 26 13 23 10 1770
Per Serving: 260 26 13 23 10 1770

Basically put everything in the wrap, roll it up spray a pan with cooking spray and grill for a few minutes on each side, cut in half and enjoy....and only 260 calories!!!
