Hi All,

I started this journey on January 3, 2011 and since have lost 41 lbs. I wanted to post a few B&A pics to keep motivating myself to continue because I knkow I have a ways to go! I was married 6/18/11 and my day was absolutely perfect. Here's a few pictures!!

    Oh I've been cooking for myself for a long time, I just didn't make healthy choices until I started this lifestyle change. This is far from the end. I know I have a ways to go!

    You look awesome.

    Here is a tip I learned....If you want your arms to look smaller don't rest them on your body, when you do they fat we have spreads out. If you keep your arm just off your body and make a muscle you will see a huge difference in your oics.
