    Thanks for the website, that's a great reference tool!

    I just want to add my input though that this will not be 100% accurate for everybody. I put in my information and it says I burn 200 more calories in an hour than what my HRM says I burn. I trust my HRM more so just a warning to everybody not to take this information as the absolute truth!!

    Yup so true - every calorie estimator is just that - an estimate...but I was excited to finally see one for Zumba!! Hopefully it comes close! :bigsmile:
