Questions about exercise/nutrition?

Hi MFP-ers!
I am creating a program for staff at my work (introduction to exercise/weight loss and nutrition (or other fitness goals)). I need to know what questions YOU all have about exercise or nutrition (or anything else related to health and wellness.
I know what kind of information I think is important for them to know as a certified trainer with a BS in Ex.Sci., but I need advice from everyone out there who didn't study this stuff for 4 years! The program has a personal training segment, but also a support group meeting, educational topics and healthy food demos.
