Feeling kinda low at the moment!
Jus last year i was around 60 kgs... and just after an year i am 75.. i gained 15 kgs in jus one year.... its all due to my bad lifestyle..im doing everything wrong!
nothing fits me... i now wear my dadz old lose t-shirts.., even they have started to feel tight... every single person i meeet gets shocked to see the new me... in a bad way ofcourse....
and even i go into the depression phase quite now and then.... i avoid socialising now... and its like i have totally given up....
I had come across this site sometime ago, but never used it.... yesterday on someone's suggestion is started using it.. and its great to seee people who think just like me are here and sharing their sorrows, pain... happiness..success with me......
it was also inspiring to see the "Success stories"... i feel how happy one feels posting their stories whn they have achoved their goals... i wonder if i'll ever be able to do that!!!!
most of my life i have just cribbed about my weight, and instead of doing something about it.... al i do is dream of how life would be when i lose weight!! But, all that happened was me gaining more n more....
now im completely heart broken..... i'm a couch potato.. dats the main reason i m what i am today....
i dunno what to do... just feeling too depressed right now....
P.S. i was a shopoholic... and now i dread going to the mall and picking up something for me..coz know it will never luk nice on me
I hate it..... Grrr..... =/

Pick yourself up, know that you can do this, and that you deserve to be healthy and happy, all you have to do is make the changes. If you do, you'll get there, no doubt.0

Maybe it's time to look into a total lifestyle change and even change your goals mindset?
What if you set a goal to be healthier... in every aspect of your life? Don't just see this as losing weight, see it as achieving a healthier body. Learn what foods are great to put into your body and what is not so much? Learn hobbies you enjoy. Read some great fiction books. Go see some old movies. That way you are filling your mind AND your body with good stuff.
Get off that couch and go for a long walk. One that makes your gut hurt!
Stop complaining about what you are doing wrong and start making the right stuff happen.0 -
I completely understand. I am 5 foot 1 inch and weight 192 now ( lost 9 pounds so far in 80 days ). I am what you call a procratinator and somewhat of a couch potato, I feel you pain but all is not lost this site is great and although I lose much less than most on here I do lose and that is just by eating the amount of calories aloted per day, I try to add exercise but my procratination often gets in the way. All I can suggest is stay with this program and eventually the weight will come off. We do not put on the weight in a day and although it would be nice to lose it quickly keep in mind that if you lose only 1 pound per week at the end of 1 year you will have lost 52 pounds which is alot of weight. Don't despair 1 day you will obtain your goal0

My sister just had a blog about the topic of moving weight loss from a plan to a reality. check it out.

Oh come on now. You do know what to do. You say it all through your post! Exercise more (some) and make better food choices. If you are uncomfortable in public right now, workout at home. Instead of vegging out on the couch get up and do some exercises while watching TV. Eat healthier. I hate to sound like a Nike commercial but just do it!0
