First time fitnesspal user! Wanted to say hi!

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to say hello to everyone on this site. I just started using myfitnesspal and so far I think it's great! I'm 22 years old and trying to lose quite a bit of weight. I lost 50 pounds back in high school but throughout college I gained it all back (and then some). Blast the ice cream bar in the cafeteria!!
Anywho, I moved to a new city so I thought it would be good to get some support online to keep me motivated. I think this site will help a lot to keep track of my progress! Any tips or advice you could offer would be great! Also, if anyone would like to be friends, I'd love that :D

    Hi kathleen! And welcome. I love this site tho its v addictive Haha. The best advice is to try and make exercise an everyday occurance. There are mornings I'd rather lie in but I force myself out of bed and do a minimum 20 min workout. I just have to do it, I mean you wouldnt leave the house without brushing your teeth hey! Haha.
