Hi everyone I am new to this. I am from NJ. I figured a new year and I need to do something with myself. I am about 215 lbs 5 ft 8 in . My goal is 150. I just finished watching The Biggest Loser and feeling lazy. I start the gym tomorrow. Well the best of luck to all and hope to speak soon.
