seeking suggestions - overwhelmed by the boards

Ok... I'm fairly new to MFP and I find the message boards to be a bit daunting. I'm interested in joining a "challenge" in July to help keep me motivated. Any suggestions?

Either start ur own challenge via the boards or scroll thru the boards and sign on to one! Either way' u most likely gotta use the boards0

Just find one you like. I started the July weightloss challenge, set a goal for yourself and try to hit the goal (mine's losing 10 lbs in July).0
