The parents just invited us out to a Vietnamise restaurant for supper. What is good to have? What do I absolutley stay away from? Leaving in an hour. Thanks in advance!

Try the charbroiled pork (or chicken) over vermecille noodles. it's also called Bún Thịt Nướng http://www.whats4eats.com/pastas/bun-thit-nuong-recipe
You can also have their noodle soups. (Pho)

It's Pho, but be aware that Pho has lots of sodium in it.. if you care about your sodium intake. I LOVE PHO! had it for lunch haha0 -
Have whatever you like, but try for grilled or baked instead of fried options, and bring half home for your lunch tomorrow:)0

Pho with lean steak. And fill it up with bean sprouts and basil. I usually don't eat all the rice noodles.0
