99 lbs, is there anything left to lose?

Hey there! I recently gained a lot of weight on my stomach area (or maybe I just haven't noticed it before), but I really want to tone that area down! The problem is that I'm already really thin, 99 lbs and 5'0. I've been watching my calories for the past month and started working out but no changes have been made (not even in my energy level or anything). I was wondering what left there is for me to do? Am I doomed to stay this way since I have barely any fat left to lose except over my stomach? Is that bit of fat on me just clinging to dear life? Thank you for any input!

Go to your local library and check out the book "Making the Cut" by Jillian Michaels. It's got great ideas for people with little to no weight to lose, but wanting to get "cut". It's really good.0
