Starting this tomorrow if anyone would like to join. The more the merrier! I did one today just to see how it was and I was screaming and hollering so much that I question what I have gotten myself into! But I can do it and so can everyone else!!

    You can do it!! I will be finishing up level one tmrw. (10 days per level). Every time I finish im dripping sweat! Hopefully I will see some results at the end. GOOD LUCK!!!

    I'm on level 2 dAY 4...had some huge success with inches lost...keep it up....level 2 is killing me!

    I hope to get back to it. Allergies and asthma have kicked my butt the last few days, I can't breathe well enough to do it. As soon as I can breathe--level 1 day 10. Might have to do it a couple times to work up the courage to start level 2.

  • Today I started Level 2. It's hard. I find any move where my weight is on my wrists HARD. Plank twists, burpies, plank this, plank that. It hurts my wrists! Obviously I have some upper body work to work on.
  • I'm starting tomorrow too!! Trying out a whole bunch of workout routines to find one that I enjoy and that I will continue doing! Hopefully 30DS is it!

    If you take people who are ahead I am on day 2 (tomorrow will be day 3 for me) -

    Here are my stats -

    weight -> 130
    waist around belly button-> 35
    hips-> 40
    Right thigh-> 23
    left thigh-> 23.5

    I also have before pictures but will post them at the 30 day mark. I am thigh sore, back sore, arms are VERY sore - but oddly my abs are fine and that is the area I want toned the most so as bad as it sounds I want to be Ab sore!!

    Just starting today! man it's hard for such a short time. Just wondering what weight weights people are using? mine are 1.5kg and are killing me! (don't usually do much weights) but it's all I own. :(

    I had to restart today because I took 3 days off from when I originally started on the 23rd of June. So all I really got in was 5 days, I'm not sure to start counting it as a start over and be at l1d1 or l1d6? Any insights woul be grately appreciated!!
  • Thanks everyone and YES we can do it!!! I work nights as a nurse so I figured I would just wake up 30 minutes earlier to be able to do this and still have time to get ready. I use 3 lb weights and they killed me!!!! I have absolutely NO upper body strength so I am dreading planks in level 2. July 30th here we come!! Good luck to all who are starting, restarting, and already started!! WE CAN DO IT! :)
  • Hurt my knee at Zumba earlier and the week so I have been eliminating the cardio and putting my all (even more than before) into strength and abs. Idk if it is really doing much but we will see. I will probably restart as soon as I can do a solid jumping jack. Stupid injuries. Good job to everyone else Day 8!!!!!!!
