    I guess i forgot to send out a mini challenge for this week. H@) always stays with you 64 oz. per day. On the Jumping Jacks you can continue to add 5 or start from the beginning with 25 adding 5 each day. Or continue adding 5 for the remainder of the month. The challenge this week is if you walk for 25 minutes try running for 5 of those minutes. It does not have to be 5 consecutive minutes but try to get 5 minutes in. ok lets get after it. everyone should be walking if your not please start and add the challange in.
