Beer geeks?

Back in Canada I used to drink Wellington County Ale, and Conors Dark before they went under.
Now I live in the UK and the ales are amazing. Whenever I'm in a shop I check out what they have, and if I see something I haven't tried I pop it in the trolley. I've tried hundreds of ales, and there are only a handful I didn't enjoy. When I started the diet I vowed I wouldn't deny myself the dark pleasures of the ale, and there is no way I'd stoop to drinking anything light. I've still lost a bunch of weight.
The 2 that are found in my fridge most often are Hobgoblin and Gales HSB, but there are many, many more worth tasting.
The only downside is there isn't anyone on the island that sells Samuel Smith's Nut Brown Ale, which is heaven in a glass.0 -
