Herbal Teas...

Hi, I do drink herbal tea daily. Green tea, ginger and lemon. Do you add them to your food list or do you add them to your water consumption? Cheers....

    I just add mine to my water. I do the same with green tea and white teas.

    i add them to my food list because some teas have calories, sodium, potassium, & other nutrients ♥

    Not sure but i don't log them as water if it's caffeinated tea--green tea has a bit of caffeine (even tho it's low) and so do some others. You'll hear conflicting things on this, but that it my take on it!

    I drink one cup of herbal tea in the morning and I add it to my water consumption. I don't drink anything with caffeine.:bigsmile:
