BMI

I have been struggling to get weight off, but it is slowly coming off. I have been going to multiple doctors lately to find the best combination to treat my PCOS. I was looking at my health info online (Duke Medical tracks every weigh in and vital signs online so I can see my progress there, too). Well, they also track BMI. My BMI was under 40 today! That gets me from morbidly obese to obese (class 3). I still have a long way to go, but I will take the small victories when I can!
