I've been watching my weight sense I can remember by attempting low carb diets to low sugar diets to hcg diet...
I've never been a big eater for instance some days I still have 300 calories to go in a day and I even set my activity level as a desk type job personelle. What should I do differently this time around to assure consistant weight loss?

If you are not already doing both strength training and Cardio, I highly suggest doing both! I had the same issue and did not really start seeing a big decrease until I added strength training to my workout routine. Just stick with it and keep reaching out for the moral support that is a life saver in itself). Good luck!0

I used to be the same way. I found the more I exercised and ate the right foods, the more my appetite increased. I had more energy, ate more of the right stuff, and lost weight!0

Ok i am going to attempt to help you seeing how i was the same way. I was always a small person though until i injured my back. I will say this you might be starving yourself and don't know it. It isn't always wise to be under your calorie intake. Why???? Because your body will go into starvation mode have you heard of starvation mode? Your body will actually store and feed itself till it can't no more. So find out what your calorie intake is and try to stay close to it. An occasional under calories is fine but don't do all the time. I found that out when i was stuck in limbo. I do hope this helps some. I was over 235lbs and now i am almost done with my weight loss i am presently at 153.8lbs. also if you can do any where from 30 minutes to an hour of walking to start. when you look at calories there is 3500 calories in one pound. Restrict calories moderately. Start by reducing your intake by 500 calories. Also begin to eat more fruit and vegetables instead of fatty or sugary foods; they contain plenty of fiber and vitamins, which help keep you full. if there is anything i could help with please don't hesitate to ask.0

I have never really been a big eater either. The problem is that going significant amounts of time will slow your metabolism down a lot. In my experience it takes time to get your metabolism functioning normally again. Eating regularly helps a lot, for me I try to eat 5-6 times a day even if it is just something little like a protein bar or piece of fruit. I really had to force myself to eat in the beginning, but after doing it for a while it has increased my appetite. There are still lots of days that I don't eat enough, but planning what I am going to eat the day before has helped a lot. I even log my food the day before sometimes and try to get to at least 1200 calories, I plan out what I am going to take to work with me and try to make myself eat everything I brought.
The best thing to do is make sure that you eat at least 1200 calories and just plan out what you need to eat to get there and spread it out pretty evenly through the day. Good luck.0 -

Not to get too personal questions up in here, but when was your last physical with blood labs and what not? Last year before my second pregnancy i was diagnosed hypothyroidism. My tsp levels are not too extreme as others, but taking .025 mg of levothyroxine...made a huge difference in my energy level, weight gain and other indication of hypothyroidism like losing hair and uneven skin/adult acne. I was feeling tired all the time and didnt want to go on my 3 mile runs at the lake and was gaining weight faster than ever even when I eating healthy. My doctor even said that it may be a reason why it took a little longer for me to get pregnant as well.
Well I don't take any meds now and my tsh levels are normal...so idk, I may be way out o f topic but it's something you can look into if all else fails. Just bringing that to your attention if you weren't thinking about it.0
