Fat/Muscle/Water %

I was just wondering if anyone knew what % for fat, muscle and water was a "normal" amount - what was bad, etc ....
I have put on 4lb over the last few weeks and although I've not done very well with eating, I have been exercising quite a bit, so I have decided to record the above %'s to see if I am gaining muscle, rather than getting fatter!!!
Anyone know what is a good guide?

It also includes age adjusted charts at the bottom so you can see where you fall.
I wouldn't really stress too much about separating out water and muscle as these are usually taken together as Lean Body Mass (LBM) otherwise know as fat free mass.0
