This is my first day of "watching what I eat". I did really well until around 3:00 this afternoon and it has went down hill from there. I have a horrible headace, very tired and grouchy. Does this subside? Any tips on how to get through this afternoon slump? How long will it take me to get used to this? I haven't drank any pop today so I know I am withdrawing from caffeine. I am desperately wanting to binge right now. I have kept drinking water to subside hunger, and I am up to 74 oz. Any advice would greatly be appreciated.

Some find that exercise helps get you through these types of times! Just know that without that pop alone, you will loose weight and be healthier! I hope you can stick with it!!!!

Try healthy snacks like carrots or celery with peanut butter or apples. Like others have said, exercise. Also, I've found when I start feeling yucky from cutting things down, drinking a LOT of water actually helps.
