Good Morning Pals! It's July 1st, I can't believe it! Anyone have any July goals?

I would like to go down 1 clothes size this month and get more cut!

Let's dedicate and motivate guys and gals!!

    Good morning! I have a couple of July goals.

    1) Lose 5 pounds!

    2) Track on MFP every day.

    3) Exercise 6 days a week.

    Im the same.
    Would like to fit into size 16 UK clothes by end of the month. I currently 18 with some baggy and others fitting just right. I vacuum packed all my other sizes, so looking forward to busting them out again.

    Lose 7 pounds by July 24!! (my birthday)
    I know its kind of a lot... but who knows? a girl can dream! lol-- plus its nice to have a goal like that to really strive for.

    Im shooting for 8-10 lbs this month. My bike jacket is getting too snug and I refuse to buy another $600 jacket because I can't say no to pizza! lol

    I will walk 100 miles this month
    I will login everything I eat.
    I will stay between 1200-1500 calories/day

    1. stay on the Insanity schedule
    2. Keep eating healthy & exercising during my 10day vacation
    3. NO BEER!

    1) KEEP TRACK OF CALORIES EACH DAY
    2) DRINK @ LEAST 64 OZ OF H20 EVERY DAY
    3) START EXERCISE PROGRAM
