31 day Challenge w/ myself

Well, Since today is the first day of July I figured I could have a challenge with myself. Each day I will challenge myself to do different things all month long to see if I can stay on the right track and motivate me to lose the weight.

Today my goals are

to drink at least 8 oz of water

eat under 3000 mg of sodium (this is big for me since I usually eat about 6000 or more... I already am aware the goal should be much lower and I'm working on it)

eat 2 fruits and 2 veggie servings today ( i know our body needs more but i currently eat NONE unless french fries count haha)

stay under my calories

at least 30 mins of physical activity



Wish me luck! July is going to be my month. My goal is to lose at least 8 lbs!
