weight gain

Can anybody help - I seem to have come to a stop with my weight loss for the last week - I started at 138 lbs (I'm 5ft 3 inches) and went down to 132 a week or so ago, but have now gone back up to 134. I still look a fair bit slimmer despite the small overall weight loss and my goal is 130 which, although not as low as I would previously have liked, is I feel a good weight for me at age 46 as I don't want to end up looking gaunt and wrinkly. I keep under my calories and have been trying hard with the sugar levels considering as I didn't realise how much sugar I was consuming in what I thought was a reasonably healthy diet of lots of fruit and low fat this and that! Also I'm exercising most days yet weight gain! I've opened up my food diary so please feel free to check it out if and if you have any tips I'd be grateful many thanks Chellie
