Is anyone on adderall or vyvanse? please help! I can't eat :

My dr changed my ADD med to vyvanse- its working AMAZINGLY. I'm so happy with it, except.... i don't eat. I have to force myself to eat and even then it doesnt add up to a lot (800 cal-1000) I wouldnt care THAT much if I wasn't doing anything all day, but I work out and I have two kids and a husband to chase after so I burn a lot of cals during the day (after I get home from my office job)
I just don't know what to do, and am hoping someone else has had this experience and can suggest somethign for me. to say "just eat" isnt that easy- sometimes it makes me sick.
