Hi everyone,
I just joined and I am trying to figure myfitnesspal out. If anyone has any tips for me I would appreciate them. I am ready to lose weight. I have been working out since May and I still weigh the same. Frustrating! So I decided to try this. Maybe if I watch my cal intake something will happen. I want my husband, kids and my students to see that if I truly want something I can achieve it, I just need to believe it myself. Have a good one.
