I need help hitting my calories for today! After dinner I still had 760 calroies left. I figure, that's great, now I can try out the Fiber One Chocolate Fudge toaster pastries I bought yesterday...so after 2 of those and a glass of skim milk, I STILL have 470 calories to eat! I:noway: am so beyond stuffed right now, it's not even funny. Any suggestions to get me up to par on my calories without making me feel sick from overeating? Thanks.

peanut butter toast always works for me! 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on whole wheat will kill aleast 300 calories ( depending on how many calories are in the bread)0

I think you may have miscalculated the Fiber One pastries. Aren't they 190 calories each? That would make the calories in 2 Fiber One pastries and a glass of skim milk (which I'm estimating as 90 calories) total 470 calories...which would mean you only have 290 calories left for the day...I may be wrong though...I just recall a recent conversation on one of these threads where someone said they wished they came individually wrapped since a serving is just one pastry. I agree with the peanut butter idea though...I love peanut butter on...well anything...apples, celery, bread, or just a spoon! lol0 -

Yup, you're right. They are 190 calories each.
Oh and ditto on the peanut butter. Eating it off a spoon is my favorite way!0 -
Yes--190 for 1 pastry. Good but not low-cal!0

I mixed up my numbers...after dinner I had only eaten 760 calories! I still had to gain 980 calories pre-toaster pastry binge! (With my base calories plus exercise calories, I have to hit 1740 today) I am still sitting at around 470 calories remaining. I will probably take up the suggestions for pb toast...I figure that with another glass of milk should hopefully do it. I am really trying to cut out eating late at night...hopefully I will do better tomorrow!0

You really should try to plan the day in the morning--that will help keep days like this from happening. Your calories should be spread out over 6 smaller meals a day (keeps the metabolism revved up when you have 6 small meals instead of 3 big ones). Account for your exercise and food in the morning, and then you won't get caught with so much to eat late at night--which isn't all that great, really. And, having to "fill" in calories with stuff like Fiber One Pastries and PB, while not "junk food," still isn't the best thing in the world either. Plus, eating too much of that Fiber One stuff and you'll probably not be too happy the next day!0
