When you fall off the wagon, what do you do to get back on track? I just can't seem to find the motivation or how to do it? I know I have a serious issue and I need to do something about it now, before it is too late! Please help me!

I made myself exercise each day for 1 week. No excuses, no matter what.

One Week. I could not think further than that or I would stop..dead.

So decide you will eat within your calories for one week.

I know you can do this. Once you get over the hump, you will WANT to do it.

I ate 4 chicken wings tonight so I have to go jump on the elliptical machine.

    have a great night!:flowerforyou:

I feel you.. i gained everything back i lost and worked so hard for... and i looked in the mirror and i look worse than i did when i started.... so... Get motivated.. and do what you have to do no matter what people say... thats why i failed i listened to others instead of my self... good luck..... it will come to you:bigsmile:
  • Maybe you should start small. Start by giving up the stuff you can live without first. Give up those sodas again, and then build up. Also start small by writing everything you are eating down. You don't have to change how you are eating right away, just document it. Seeing what you are putting into your body everyday might give you the motivation to change it again. Don't stress over the diet, don't worry about it right now....just take little steps.
  • thank you everyone for the support and advice!!! It was defientely needed!
