I skipped breakfast today...i know it's not recommended, but whtever....my metabolism has definitely slowed down i since I started this. I am however exercising way more than before I started.
Does the 300-600 calories of exercise get the metabolism going again? Or is food metabolism different than exercised metabolism?
Understandably poorly phrased, but you get what I'm asking, I hope.
[always up for more MFP friends...feel free to add]
