Well here we go. I am new to this site but very stoked about it. I have a huge mission ahead of me and thats for real. I should write and try to be on a reality show for what I need to lose lol. However, I shall get it done.

    Well, you have to start some place. I have found this site has been a huge help to me. It made me more aware of the calorie count of foods and how much I really should be eating. I have had more success using this site than anything else I have tried. I have a long way to go too but it all starts with one step. :-) I know you can do it. Good luck!!!
