I'm finishing up my GNC Sport multivitamin and I feel ok with it but do to the ridiculous amount of disrespect I received in their establishment I will no longer give them my business. So I was wondering if any of you have or know of a really good multi-vitamin?

How many times do you take it?
Where can I find it?
How much does it cost?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks Fellas!

Anything not marketed specifically to women, was designed for men.

I use centrum mens ultra, and occassionally a viactiv (if my calcium or vit K was low for the day). I only use these as the mineral elements do seem to be assisted by supplementation (the rest I have no idea about, but what the heck). My wife gets it with coupons, etc, so I am not sure if it costs much of anything at all.

Second on the Equate. I compared the labels with most of the GNC stuff and decided it wasn't worth the GNC hassle (both from a $ and an accessibility perspective).

Adult multivitamin by Kirkman Labs. Clean, well formulated, and reasonably priced.

Rainbow Light... I used to work at a Natural Foods Store, and this was one of the better brands we carried.
