  • Depends what you're looking for?

For me: Jack 3d energy supplement + powdered gatorade + carb powder workout drinks and 100% Whey immediately post-workout. I'd follow whatever Alan Aragon says if I were you because theres a lot of crap info out there on what does/doesn't work, i.e. BCAAs. Good luck..
  • Wow!

I take L-Carnitine, Chromium Piccolonate and Super B-Complex, and I thought that was a lot. I hadn't really looked into supplements all that much. These 3 were recommended to me by a friend who said that that combination worked well for his metabolism. So I kinda just picked up on it. But honestly, I couldn't really say if it makes any sort of difference at all. I'm a bit of a creature of habit, so sometimes things I do tends to be routine up until I hear otherwise that it's not a good idea.

As to what I'm looking for, I guess anything that really helps towards burning fat. I like my workouts as they are right now and I'm getting the results I want, so I'm just looking to see if anyone's got any recommendations on the supplement side to give me that metabolic edge, or if anyone else has any experience with what I'm already taking.

    Thanks for the input, guys.

    Omega 3's
    Womans multivitamin
    Creatine

You only need omega 3's cuz we get more tha. Enough 6's and 9's in our food. I saw a dr Oz show that said taking omega 3's 6's and 9's is a waste because to much 6's and cancel out the 3's and 3's are the only ones we need more of. You need at least 3000mg of them a day to benefit from it.

The creatine I have found an increase in my strength so that means I've increased the weight in my workouts which means I lift heavier weight and so that means my muscles have gotten bigger. Some people are scared of creatine making them gain weight but it put water in your muscle so of course your going to gain weight but your muscles will look bigger not your fat storages. I did not gain weight but everyone is different.

I also used to take Xtend and drink it during my workouts and that gave my muscles a lot more energy to lift harder. I would recommend this to anyone. I loved it.
