Hi! I started Myfitnesspal.com on May 15th and I have lost 8 lbs so far! I started because I noticed a significant increase in my weight over the last 8 months and I'm going to Hawaii and want to be fit for the beach and all of the outdoor activities I have booked. I'm also in the military and have certain fitness requirements to uphold. I work out 6 days a week sometimes less, sometimes more. I run, I swim, I do cross fit and sometimes Power Yoga too. This week though I haven't lost any weight. I hope it's because I'm gaining muscle. I will check my measurements again to make sure. Has anyone else experienced a plateau in weight loss even though the food and exercise tracker say you will lose weight?

The food tracker (in my experience) isn't terribly accurate in predicting weight loss... too many other variables.0

This is a really good blog that helped me when I hit a plateau. It gives a lot of good suggestions about what to do in different situations.
