Hi-
My name is Helene and I'm new to this site this week. Looking to shed the last 10 pounds to reach my goal. I always just used exercise and never really dieted. I figured this would help me track my calories and at least be a little more conscious of what I put in my mouth. Any advice for cutting a few calories here and there would be welcomed! Thanks!
