PF Chang suggestions?

My sweet Mama is taking me out to lunch tomorrow for my birthday (which was Tuesday, lol). She is taking me to PF Changs, which I have never been to. Any suggestions on what I can get that is yummy, but won't break my calorie bank? I try to stay under 500 cal. per meal, but can obviously make up for it at some point in the day. Thank you! Oh, and I don't like seafood, so that's not an option.

The website should list nutritional info so you can check it out beforehand.
That is usually what I do before I go out to eat. I look it up, decide, and stick to it!0 -
I don't know about the calories, but I love the lettuce wraps. They are an appetizer but totally large enough to eat as a meal. You at least eat some lettuce with the tasty bits .0

Wow everything is so good. I don't know about staying under 500 cals though. PF Changs nutitional information is online so that might help you make an informed decision. Personally my favs are Changs Spicy Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and Garlic noodles. I still order what I want, I just eat less of it. Good luck.0

Make sure to pay attention to the serving size though... almost every entree on the menu is 2, 3 or even 4 servings :-/0

I would go with the lettuce wraps, they are definitely one of my favs and not too high on calories compared to most things there:)0

I can't remember what dish it is, but there is a dish with brown noodles that is well over a thousand calories! It was in the book "Eat this, Not that." I do know lettuce wraps are good.

just remember than a LOT of their food is meant to share. A "serving" is not necessarily the whole plate! There are lots of things there I like to eat. I go so rarely, it's a treat, and I will totally cheat for PF Chang's!

The Mongolian Beef is so yummy. It's 337 calories per serving and 3 servings in a dish. So if you ate 2/3 and took the other 1/3 home (package it up before you even start), it's only 674 calories! Not bad for nice supper yummy meal out. Or eat half for only 506 calories.0

I always used to get the Buddha's Feast steamed with brown rice. I got like 3 meals out of that.0
