Hi, I am new to my fitness pal, and I am on a deadline. I have 7 weeks to get myself bikini fit - can it be done? any tips?

It can be done. i suggest sticking to the calorie limit and drinking plenty of water, and do an exercise you enjoy that you dont get bored off.
try not to go to far under your calorie limit as that can have the opposite effect. add me if would like some moral support0
