Good evening everyone thought i would introduce myself as i have just signed up.
I have about 4 stone too loose and have been trying weight watchers but really struggled. I have come to the conclusion that the best option for me is increase my exercise but also watch what i eat as well. Has anyone else done this?

Yes I have done that. It worked!
I'll expand on that a bit. Once you set it up to lose a pound per week, log everything you eat and just stick to the calories it recommends. MFP does all the work for you. You will earn extra calories for doing excercise. Once you do it for a while, it all makes sense. You will learn a lot. All the best on your journey.0
