Appetite increase?

The last two-three days, I've been much hungrier than usual. I haven't changed what I eat in the past few weeks, I eat my exercise calories, and am not working out more. Staying around the net-1200 mark was pretty easy, until day before yesterday, when I realized I was famished. The past two nights I've had to get up in the middle of the night for a 250 calorie snack, which is not usual for me, and I eat a bedtime snack before hitting the sheets. Any thoughts? I've lost ten pounds in the last 5-6 weeks, and I'd like to keep that going.
One thought I had is that I ate way over my calories on Sunday (I netted 2400), and maybe that primed my body to expect more? If so, how long will it take to get my satiety back on track?

No stress, it's been a pretty smooth time for us this past month... I thought that it might be because I haven't gotten enough sleep for the past few days, but looking back, it's my normal amount of sleep. (Sadly! LOL) I don't think it's related to TOM - I need to look at a calendar, because I had LAM* until a couple months ago so I'm not certain of my cycles yet.
*lactational amenorrhea, otherwise known as no cycle due to breastfeeding0
