    Thanks I'm really looking forward to this weight loss but I'm so tempted to the foods that I'm not allowed to eat while on the Dr.fisher diet...
    FOODS TO AVOD=…*suger. *popcorn
    *bread *rice
    *pasta *alcohol
    *potatoes *fruit
    *cereal.
    *NO BREADED OR FRIED ANYTHING*

    FOODS THAT ARE ALLOWED:the following are examples of low calories foods
    *chicken *fish
    *Turkey *lean meat
    *eggs *non/low fat cheese
    *salads w/oil and vinegar (no French dressing )
    *protein shakes/bars
    FOODS TO SNACK ON:
    * NUTS: walnuts and almonds are the best
    *sugar free jello
    *sliced raw vegetables
    * protein shakes/bars and
    KEEP IN MIND:you are required to drink 8-10 glasses of non-caloric beverages a day
    This may include: *water*crystal light*diet drinks *tea/coffee w/splenda,sweet.n.low,equal
    *YOU NEED TO EXERCISE*:this can be walking,aerobics,etc.
