I started using this wonderful tool...why didn't I do it before.
I have always done exercise throughout my entire live and I am 46 years old now. My knees are not the same as before so I had to give up soccer, basketcall, volleyball and the Mud Run...:(. I started swimming and I love it, wonderful workout by the way. You would think that sinc e you are in the water you do not sweat. Yes you do, you do fill the workout after you get off the pool.
My point is when I enter the workout I did at the pool the sysstem add an additional 400 calories...why?...I think is because the more you exercise the more calories you need but if a person like me is trying to loose weight, does it makes sense?
I think so!
