RECALCULATE CALORIE INTAKE????????

So MFP recommended that I recalculate my calorie intake since I have reached my goal...should I do it or stick to the amount thats been working. If I do do it will it lower or raise my calorie intake???

    If you want to keep losing, then leave it where it is. If you don't want to lose anymore, you need to recalculate because your maintenance calories will be higher than losing.

    You can recalculate to lose more or to maintain. Sometimes you just have to tweak it a bit :wink:
