Do u think its ok to kinda go off ur diet for a holiday?

    That is really up to you. If you can continue to do well afterwards than sure. If you believe you deserve a break than sure why not. Just remember to try and eat healthy foods before you go for the unhealthy foods so that you will not be as hungry for all the bad stuff. I like to drink lots of water before a meal. That helps me out a lot. Good luck & God bless-

    i think when i first started i felt like i needed cheat days....but as things progressed you allow yourself to have "bad food" but maybe in smaller portions ....that seems to be helping me....when i go to a family bbq i started bringing fruit and salad.....ok so i also brought potato salad or macaroni but now i have healthy choices there also....so what if i eat a small portion of macaroni atleast i also had a bowl of fruit or a big salad:) i think holidays is really up to the person and how much their eating habits have changed to that point.
