Just got on the Losing Train

Hey All,
My name is Henna and I'm new to the site. A friend referred me and he's reminded me I don't have to settle for how my body functions...I'm currently not strong, holding weight I don't want and wearing clothes I don't like. I'm athletic, but not enough. I love to weight train and I love to mountain bike. I'm hoping to lose more and get fit, the healthy way. I've already lost over 60 lbs, over 2 years and plan to lose another 30-50. I'm glad I found this site to help me stay on track.

  • Welcome to MFP! This is the first diet that I have ever really been successful with. I love being able to keep track of my intake and counteract that with my exercise. I still have about 40 lbs to go. Blessings along your journey!wink
