side stiches and cramps while excersicing

what to do when you have them? do you just work through them or wait until they go away?

i had them tonight doing zumba and just kept going, they go away!!0

If I'm doing cardio, I usually slow my pace down for a few minutes and breath in through my nose then out through my mouth. I also try to make sure my posture is really good. For me, I've noticed that if I get "slouchy" I'll sometimes start getting cramps. You can also try streching out for a few minutes.
I'm trying to remember it happening doing strenght training and I don't think it has.0 -
if you can put your arms over your head and breath deeply it will help them pass.0
