I am wanting to see what anyone thought of this workout video.....Is this a good plan???

    I wanted to get her videos too until I saw the horrible reviews saying she didn't direct very well in the work outs, she didn't know how the body worked and that it could cause injury to the body. So I bought Turbo Jam instead and I love it! Hope this helps. :smile:
