I drink a lot of sparkling water-with no sodium. Just wondering if this still causes bloating? I also drink a lot of regular water as well. Thanks!

It should not. Sparkling water just has CO2 - as long as yours doesn't have added sodium - you should be good. Try a little fresh lemon in it if you like - it is a natural diuretic.0

It shouldn't. I suppose the carbonation could do a little bloating, but I drink lots of it and have never noticed anything. I'd attribute bloating to other sodium in your diet or your potentially approachingTOM.0

Do you mean mineral water specifically?
Yea, it could cause some bloating I'd guess.0
