Area under my bum...

Hey everyone!

I was wondering if anyone knew of any exercises I could do that would help the area right under my bum. I've been running hills and doing squats and side lunges. Is there anything else I could be doing?

    those are good. Try doing mountian climbers - just a short little exercise, but it helps it think =] lol everything else you are doing sounds like a good plan.

    walking lunges
    Step ups
    hyperextensions
    pop squats
    cable kickbacks
    leg curls
    leg press
    deadlifts

    I super set all these for my booty day workout.

    If you wanna do DVDs (or have studio's in your area.....LA. NYC. SF. Chicago. Miami) try Exhale's Core Fusion class / dvd's or Physique 57's....excellent for butt and thighs and everything in between :-)

    All the other stuff you're doing sounds spot-on too, but i think these will take you to another level too....
